On February 11 representatives of Energy Invest Holding met with the Vice President, Corporates & Funds of KFW DEG, Ms. Irina Schmidt, the Investment Manager, Project Finance Europe/Asia Mr. Eduard Rehl, and the Senior Coordinator, KFW Office Yerevan, Mrs. Bella Andriasyan.

Among the topics discussed were the development prospective of renewable and alternative energy sectors and construction progress of the Executive Coaching and Training Institute (ECTI).

During the meeting, Ms. Schmidt has presented various project financing mechanisms KFW DEG offers, such as long-term loans, equity investments, mezzanine finance, and business support services.

KFW DEG officers have expressed their interest to participate in development projects and to support efforts for promotion of mutually-beneficial cooperation between the Armenian and German businesses.
