In order to construct the first solar plant in Armenia, Energo Invest Holding has signed a Letter of Intent with RECOM, a leading international company in the energy sector.

The solar plant with the capacity of up to 1MW will be constructed at the highest elevation near Makravan district of Hrazdan town. It is planned to install solar panels produced by RECOM and ABB transmitters.

The construction of the solar plant, a pilot project launched within the framework of developing alternative energy systems, will be complete in the autumn of 2017.
